I am a Venezuelan immigrant and digital storyteller focused on community-centered news and strategic communications. I am passionate about using multimedia storytelling to make information more accessible, culturally relevant, and impactful for diverse audiences.

I currently serve as a Digital Content Team Intern at NBCUniversal, where I create and schedule digital content for NBC4 Washington and Telemundo44 Washington DC, edit short-form video, and report original stories.

Previously, I worked in communications for the City of Hyattsville, where I developed culturally responsive campaigns, designed print and digital materials, translated public announcements, and created social media graphics to better reach Hispanic communities. I also contributed to communications work with the National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC), supporting strategic messaging and content development.

In March 2026, I was selected as a Reporter Fellow for the Fuente Latina Media Program, focusing on international reporting. Reporting from Poland reaffirmed that journalism, for me, is not only about breaking news but about placing events within a deeper historical context that continues to shape the present.

I specialize in multimedia production and visual storytelling, with a strong interest in digital news, bilingual reporting, hosting, and podcast production. I am fluent in Spanish and experienced with tools such as WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, and Canva.

I hold a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
